RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 Inglot Online Pakistan (hereinafter “Inglot Online Pakistan”) strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:

 

We at Inglot Online Pakistan try our level best to dispatch article(s) after complete quality check and scrutiny since we ensure to deliver perfect order(s) however, we do facilitate our valued customers to return & exchange their Product(s) in exceptional cases under the following terms and conditions.

Customer can only return & exchange the article(s), if the customer have received damage product (s) from Inglot online Pakistan.  Customer (s) are required to register the query over email at Infoinglot@nishatmills.com and via call us at 03111-464-568 by mentioning order number within 10 days from the date of order placed at Inglot online Pakistan.

  • We do not offer a cash refund.
  • Please do not accept order(s) if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
  • Replacement shall be entertained if the customer wants to exchange the damage product(s) within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in  Inglot Online warehouse Pakistan. If Inglot  quality team found that the articles were used or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return.

 

Section 2: Refund policy

We do refund in exceptional cases and currently we do not support refund policy for cash on delivery method. Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account. It may take some time before refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 3: Shipping

Shipment is free all over Pakistan on order above Rs.2500. Depending on where you live, the delivery time it may take for your product(s) to reach you, may vary. Kindly note Inglot Online Pakistan will bear all the shipment cost if provided damaged product(s) to the customer.

 

 

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We keep track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly contact our customer services department (03111-464-568) or email us (Infoinglot@nishatmills.com) mentioning order number.
